This retreat offers an opportunity to go deeper into your spiritual practice to discover your true nature. These retreats last for between 6 to 10 days and provide participants the opportunity to experience deep silence, mindfulness, long periods of meditation and detox for the body.
Retreats are held at either Pyramid Valley International in Bengaluru, India or at Suly Meditation & Vegetarian Resort in Bali, Indonesia. Group size is kept small at around 22 persons. These Retreats are led by Senior Meditators and Spiritual Science teachers, Pradeep Vijay and Navneet Kaur.
