What habit do you do on a daily basis? Each day you more than likely eat meals, brush your teeth, use your mobile phone, watch TV or work on your computer. These are habits that you have built up over a period of time.

How about adding Pyramid Meditation - A potentially life-changing habit to your life?

Meditation is your personal experiment. It is a natural state which will arise on its own if you give yourself time and practice.

Remember consistency and commitment are keys to making your 21-day meditation practice a success.

  • Meditate daily for  21 days 

  • Participate in high-energy group meditation sessions

  • Meditate for at least 30 mins daily on your own during the other days in the program

At least 80 percent attendance for group sessions is highly recommended to benefit from this program.

There will be a total of 6 group meditation sessions.


Weekday sessions run from 7:30 pm till 9:00 pm. Weekend sessions run from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Sessions are conducted at either Vyasa Yoga Centre, Civil Service Club, 60 Tessensohn Road or at SCWO, 96 Waterloo Street. Participants will receive the confirmed program schedule when they sign up.
